In the early 1980’s Prestige Pawn Shop began as a coin and gold jewelry store located in the Weirton Shopping Plaza, selling a wide variety of gold jewelry, coins, and coin supplies. In 1991 firearms and electronics were added and it became a pawn shop. Our second store was opened on Carolina Ave in Chester WV in 1995.
In 2013 the original Weirton store relocated from the shopping plaza to it’s new location on Potomac Ave, expanding the showroom and storage extensively. We are proud to be one of the oldest pawn and gold buying shops in northern West Virginia. We look forward to serving you.
